Job Title: IT Technician / POS Technician Company: TEKsystems Location: Glen Rock, NJ Contract Duration: 6 Months (Expected to be extended, opportunity for conversion FTE) Positions Available: 1 Work Type: On-site Interview Format: 1 Microsoft Teams Interview on Friday! (September 19th) Team Size: ~4 people Pay Rate: $18-21 hourly W2 Key Responsibilities * POS Hardware Support: * Unboxing and setting up PCs, registers, card readers, and iPads * Supporting Point of Sale systems during store transitions and expansions * Basic IT Support: * Light desktop and hardware troubleshooting * Windows 7/10 and Office 365 support * Customer Service: * Communicating with internal teams and 3rd-party vendors * Providing clear, professional support in a fast-paced retail environment Required Skills * Familiarity with: * POS systems and hardware * Windows OS (7 & 10) * Office 365 * iPad configuration * Strong attention to detail and customer service * Good communication and teamwork skills Environment & Perks * Business casual dress code (jeans OK) * Laid-back, collaborative team * Exposure to a rapidly growing retail tech environment * Potential travel opportunities Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
