Department Summary The Enterprise Transformation Office partners with all campuses to drive student-centered, sustainable improvements across academic and administrative operations. Guided by Lean principles, the office enhances value for students and stakeholders by streamlining processes, reducing waste, and fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Position Overview The Senior Lean Programs Administrator will lead process improvement and transformation initiatives within the Finance organization, with primary responsibilities across Budget Office, Accounting, Payroll, Treasury, Procurement and Strategic Infrastructure. Reporting directly to the Chief Transformation Officer, this role provides expert leadership in Lean Six Sigma, change management, and organizational development to drive efficiency, accuracy, and service excellence within core financial operations. While the Finance function is the primary focus, the Administrator may be assigned projects in other institutional areas as defined by the Transformation Office. Minimum Qualifications Bachelors degree in business, accounting, finance, engineering, organizational leadership, or related field and 7 years of experience in process improvement, financial operations, or organizational transformation. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities - Deep knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement tools. Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in business, finance, or related discipline.
