Department Summary The Department of Property Control at the University of North Texas Health is essential in managing, documenting, safeguarding, and State reporting on all University assets. Our mission is to ensure the responsible management, tracking, and utilization of all property owned by the UNT Health. We strive to uphold the highest standards of accountability and compliance with state and federal regulations. Position Overview The Property Clerk will receive, store, and issue materials, equipment, and other surplus items from campus and the surplus warehouse. They will also manage the gas cylinder program and will keep accurate records and compile stock reports. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED and three (3) years of related experience; or any equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Outlook Preferred Qualifications Computer/Tech knowledge Required License/Registration/Certifications Driver's License Required.
