Marvell's Connectivity Business Unit supports customer designing next-gen infrastructure with our signature high-speed connectivity portfolio for Data Center and AI application. This role is to lead server connectivity product segment with the focus in PCIe retimer product line. We are looking for an experienced professional with strong passion to drive business growth!

What You Can Expect

Principal Product Manager

PCIe Retimer product line is looking for a dedicate PLM to expand business engagement, drive design-in to revenue, participate ecosystem activities, and accelerate next generation product development. This role provides exceptional growth opportunity both business-wise and career-wise.

In this role, you will be responsible for both inbound product management and outbound product marketing activities. Responsibilities include but not limited to:

* Lead product planning activities including market/technology trends, market sizing (TAM, SAM, SOM), key opportunities, competitive analysis, revenue, product positioning and pricing with cross functional team.

* Drive design wins with technical and sales team to meet/exceed annual and long-term revenue goals.

* Identify and pursue new product opportunities.

* Participate and engage with ecosystem and consortium.

* Build and maintain customer and partner relationships.

* Drive outbound marketing activities including product promotions, industry events, trade shows, customer/partner press announcements, product launches, website updates...etc.

What We're Looking For

* Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering with 10+ years of industry experience or Master's degree/PhD in ElectricalEngineering or relatedfields with 7+ years ofindustry experience.

* Technical experience working with server system, xPU or server peripherals.

* Very strong verbal and written communication skills, a strategic mindset, and strong sense to navigate through market dynamics.

* Excellent interpersonal skills interacting with customers, partners, colleagues, and cross-functional teams.

* Comfortable with public speaking and presentation.

* Travel is required with < 15 %.

* Occasional off-hour work with global team.

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)

141,150 - 211,500, $ per annum

The successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
