Our Talent intern will be alongside HR professionals and be working with the Talent Acquisition team here at Sentry. What You'll Do Coordinate recruitment processes such as job postings, interview scheduling and offer preparations. Source candidates based on role qualifications through Indeed, LinkedIn, etc. Draft and coordinate review of social media posts for hard to fill positions. Collect important employment information for candidates to support the offer process. What it Takes In order to be eligible for this elite opportunity you must meet the following criteria: Pursuing an undergraduate degree in business, communications, psychology, human resources, or another related field. Obtain a minimum in-major GPA of 3.00 Expected to graduate in December 2026 or later Experience with Workday HCM a plus Ability to work in a team atmosphere Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Sentry does not offer employment in this position to holders of F-1, J-1 and H-1 Visas for the purpose of obtaining practical experience What You'll Receive As an intern, you'll have the opportunity to gain: Real work experience in a professional, corporate setting Sentry is happy to offer a scheduled Hybrid work model.
