Responsibilities:
- Manage the offer process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to candidates.
- Process new hires in internal tracking systems, maintaining data integrity and efficiency.
- Track candidate information and records, contributing to organized and effective recruitment practices.
- Update offer information, ensuring candidates have the most current details.
- Conduct pre-onboarding tasks, setting interns up for success from day one.
- Address intern and hiring manager inquiries, providing exceptional support and guidance.
- Collaborate with the intern staffing program manager on various projects, contributing to team goals.
- Welcome new interns on their arrival, creating a positive first impression.
- Attend intern orientation sessions, assisting with onboarding and integration.
- Provide event planning support, contributing to successful intern events.
- Manage event invitations and waitlists, ensuring smooth event logistics.
- Secure event venues, coordinating logistics and arrangements.
- Manage catering orders, ensuring a seamless dining experience for event attendees.
- Provide on-site event support, contributing to a positive event atmosphere.
- Manage swag ordering and tracking, ensuring timely delivery and distribution.
- Assist team members with ad-hoc administrative tasks, providing valuable support.
- Contribute to special projects as needed, expanding your skillset and experience.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience in team coordination or support roles, demonstrating teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Experience or comfort with in-person event logistics and support.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Experience in recruiting support, administrative roles, or event planning.
- Project management experience, demonstrating organizational and planning skills.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
