Summary: Responsibilities: * Manage calendar scheduling, coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements * Process expense reports and handle purchasing activities * Screen incoming calls and visitors in a professional manner * Assist with faculty interviews and onboarding of new faculty * Manage confidential information with discretion * Monitor and respond to emails and electronic faxes as directed * Process faculty Curriculum Vitae (CV) * Support system leadership with national organizations and committees Other Information Education Requirements: * Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail * Strong verbal and written communication abilities * Demonstrated customer service orientation * Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively * Capable of working independently and meeting deadlines * Experience in project management * Background in professional writing and editing preferred Job Details Legal Employer: STATE Entity: UNC Faculty Physicians Organization Unit: SOM Ped Surgery Work Type: Full Time Standard Hours Per Week: 40.00 Salary Range:$20.53 - $29.23 per hour (Hiring Range) Pay offers are determined by experience and internal equity Work Assignment Type: Onsite Work Schedule: Day Job Location of Job: US:NC:Chapel Hill Exempt From Overtime: Exempt: No This is a State position employed by UNC Health Care System with UNC Health benefits.
