As aFleet Maintenance Supervisor, you'll lead a team of skilled mechanics and technicians to ensure our fleet is safe, compliant, and operating at peak performance. You'll play a key role in training, scheduling, budgeting, and maintaining high standards of service and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Champion and enforce ourcorporate safety program.

  • Supervise, train, and support mechanics and PM technicians.

  • Schedule and assign daily maintenance tasks and repairs.

  • Overseefleet compliancewith DOT and other regulatory standards.

  • Manageinventory control, parts procurement, and vendor relationships.

  • Coordinateexternal repairsand test vehicles for quality assurance.

  • Assist withbudgeting and financial forecastingfor the maintenance department.

  • Ensure department operations remainwithin budgetand aligned with company goals.

What You Bring
  • 3+ yearsof hands-on experience in truck, light, or heavy equipment maintenance (waste industry experience a plus).

  • Strong knowledge ofair brake, hydraulic, and electrical systems.

  • Proven ability tolead, train, and motivatea team.

  • Solid understanding ofDOT complianceand safety regulations.

  • Excellentorganizational, analytical, and communicationskills.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.

  • Willingness torelocate within 12 months.
