Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Briefing Coordinator to play a pivotal role in the success of our technology briefings. In this position, you'll be responsible for the comprehensive support and coordination of these essential events, from initial scheduling to post-briefing follow-up. You'll work closely with various stakeholders, including clients, partners, sales teams, and technical subject matter experts (SMEs), to ensure seamless logistics, a polished presentation, and a truly impactful experience for all attendees.

What you'll do

  • Briefing Management: Coordinate and schedule all technology briefings, ensuring seamless alignment with internal teams, clients, partners, and leadership.
  • Content & Logistics: Manage the collection, organization, and distribution of briefing materials. Oversee room setup, including catering and technology readiness, to ensure a professional and functional environment.
  • Technical Support: Serve as the primary technical point of contact, ensuring all A/V and network systems are fully operational, troubleshooting minor issues, and coordinating with IT for complex problems.
  • Customer Experience: Deliver outstanding customer service by providing warm welcomes, facilitating smooth transitions, and offering real-time support to attendees and presenters.
  • Post-Briefing & Collaboration: Coordinate follow-up activities like distributing materials and surveys. Build strong relationships with sales, technical SMEs, and leadership to ensure successful briefing outcomes and identify process improvements.

What we expect of you

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent field OR
  • 4 years of experience in coordination, event planning, or administrative support role, preferably within a technology-focused environment
  • Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach. Ability to build rapport, exercise discretion, and maintain a high level of professionalism.
  • Exceptional project management and communication skills, with a collaborative, proactive approach to working with stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience managing event metrics and drawing insights that influence campaign planning and optimization.
  • Proficient in using productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace) and experience with scheduling tools and CRM systems is a plus.

Pay range: $57,000-$78,000 depending on experience and skill set
