Job Title: Administrative/Practice Coordinator

Location(s): San Francisco, CA

Role Overview:

The Practice Coordinator will serve as the primary point of contact in a high-volume call center environment within the Orthopaedic Institute. The role focuses on providing excellent customer service, supporting patients, and ensuring smooth communication across the clinic.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Handle a high volume of incoming calls (approx. 400 calls/day).
  • Provide outstanding customer service to patients and families.
  • Accurately document and relay information.
  • Maintain organization in a fast-paced setting.
  • Support overall clinic operations as directed.


Requirements & Preferred Skills:


  • Experience: No specific years required; prior call center experience preferred
  • Soft Skills: Strong customer service, excellent communication, organizational skills, and ability to multitask under pressure
  • Training: APeX training not required (open to non-APeX trained candidates).
