Job Description Summary On-site, lab based#LI-Onsite As a Senior Scientist II (SSII) or Principal Scientist I (PSI) in our Translational Medicine Drug Disposition Discovery Biologics Bioanalytical group, you will join a dynamic and high-performing team at the Cambridge site. You will develop BA strategies to provide timely methods and high-quality data reports for drug discovery projects for a wide range of large molecule modality compounds. Job Description The successful candidate will join an evolving, innovative and high performing global discovery biologics bioanalysis team and play a key role as a senior lab scientist for the Cambridge bioanalysis lab. Essential requirements: Senior Scientist (SS) or Principal Scientist (PS)
The salary for the SS II position is expected to range between $94,000 and $174,000 per year. The salary for the PSI position is expected to range between $103,000 and 192,000 per year. The final salary offered is determined based on factors like, but not limited to, relevant skills and experience, and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically. Novartis may change the published salary range based on company and market factors. Your compensation will include a performance-based cash incentive and, depending on the level of the role, eligibility to be considered for annual equity awards.
