As the Digital Marketing Specialist on the Aftermarket Integrated Marketing team, you will fuel the future of digital customer engagement. This role drives innovation, integration, and impact across every click and customer interaction. This ensures seamless collaboration across the Daimler global organization including coordination with internal teams, external partners, and digital tools to deliver a unified and industry-leading digital experience and achieve targeted objectives.

Position offers a starting salary range of$95,000 - $121,000 USD

Pay offered dependent on knowledge, skills, andexperience

What You Drive at DTNA

  • Oversee the planning, development and maintenance of Daimler Truck North America's aftermarket websites to ensure optimal performance and alignment with digital marketing goals.
  • Lead customer application strategy, design, and development for websites and applications; including navigation, user interface and experience, customer journey, benchmarking, design, and mobile optimization. Manage priorities and guide development sprints
  • Establishes and grows customer relationships across all digital channels and ensures consistency in digital customer contact points.
  • Support defining and exploring future digital platforms (websites, mobile/social applications, etc.).
  • Oversee search engine optimization for the DTNA Parts website. Coordinate with the brand teams and external agency partner to optimize copy and perform ongoing keyword research.
  • Support ongoing application beta and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure high-quality application performance.
  • Collaborate with business groups across Daimler Truck North America (DTNA), including Freightliner, Western Star, Thomas Built Buses, and Detroit, and their agencies to coordinate updates and align digital strategies.
  • Support digital marketing efforts by aligning website content with campaigns and tracking performance.
  • Lead analytics to develop and monitor KPIs through digital performance dashboards to provide quantitative and qualitative insights, track growth trends, and measure digital activity to align with business objectives.
  • Develop and implement customer-initiated lead generation, including form management and testing across various platforms.
  • Oversee project budgets, including annual maintenance and consulting contracts, and manage purchasing information in compliance with company procurement processes.
  • Provide project management support for special projects, marketing programs, product launches, and campaigns as needed.
  • Stay current with trends in digital marketing and provide recommendations for adopting emerging technologies.

Knowledge You Should Bring

  • BS/BA and prefer 5-7 years of relevant experience or 8 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
  • At least 2 years of experience in group leadership, project management, or mentoring.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, specifically with websites and mobile applications.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple complex projects across business areas (agency partners, internal stakeholders, IT).
  • Experience managing marketing or digital agencies and third-party providers.
  • Experience developing or directing analytics.
  • Experience in digital/mobile marketing, including direct responsibility for websites, mobile applications.

Exceptional Candidates Might Have

  • An advanced degree in marketing or business.
  • Experience and understanding of UI/UX design, testing, and customer journey mapping.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as Adobe Experience Manager or Umbraco and UI design tools such as Figma.
  • Basic understanding of iOS and Android platforms.
  • Experience using Google Analytics, Tableau, data analysis and visualization tools.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms
