Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM | Rotating Weekends
Classification: Hourly | Full-Time

We're looking for a Converting Operator to help us produce high-quality finished products in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. If you're mechanically inclined, safety-focused, and ready to grow your skills, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do

• Set up and operate converting machines to meet production and quality standards.
• Load WIP rolls and stage materials for production.
• Perform quality checks and accurate measurements using a tape measure.
• Safely operate forklifts and band saws.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S principles.
• Assist with other converting equipment, extrusion lines, or shipping as needed.
• Accurately enter production and quality data into our system.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or similar role.
• Ability to read and interpret shop floor orders and measurements down to 1/32".
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts with rotating weekends.

Work Environment

• Indoor manufacturing setting with exposure to:




• Moving equipment
• Heat exceeding 90F
• Humidity over 80%
• Noise levels above 85 dB

Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing, bending, stooping, and lifting (up to 50 lbs).
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods.
