Position Summary The Compensation Advisor will lead and support compensation processes across Oceaneering's global organization, partnering closely with HR and business leaders. This role will be responsible for designing and implementing compensation job and pay architecture, programs, and practices that align with industry standards and organizational goals, ensuring consistency, competitiveness, and equity. Duties And Responsibilities ESSENTIAL * Lead the annual compensation cycle and manage pay programs for Technicians and Rotators, partnering closely with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives and budgetary requirements. o Designing and managing processes to evaluate new roles and integrate them into the framework. * Support facilitating organizational change by delivering insights, recommendations, and communications related to compensation activities, based on analysis of trends and actual results. Qualifications REQUIRED * Bachelors' degree in Human Resources, Statistics, Mathematics or other related field and five or more (5+) years of professional experience in compensation analyst role, or equivalent combination of education and experience. DESIRED * Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) and/or Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) preferred. Additional Information This position is Hybrid - Remote and will require commuting to a designated office. Hybrid work schedules are determined by the hiring manager based on business need.
