Your Impact As a Regional Sales Manager, you will leads 8 account executives, covering approximately 80 customers across Illinois in supporting our customers' missions with Cisco's full suite of solutions. We are seeking an experienced sales professional with an extensive background in complex deal structuring, executive relationship-building, and strategic account planning. You will be responsible for developing and executing long-term growth plans, aligning Cisco's capabilities to customer priorities, and driving opportunities through all stages of the sales cycle. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead and inspire a team dedicated to achieving outstanding sales performance across large, strategic accounts. Your focus will be on supporting our customers, strengthening relationships, expanding Cisco's market presence, and ensuring the effective execution of sales strategies.
