Position Description:

As a Rehabilitation Technician, you will carry out a range of clinical, therapeutic, and technical tasks related to patient visits. Key responsibilities include transporting patients, preparing for appointments, organizing the clinic, managing inventory of supplies and equipment, and providing support to physicians, therapists, and office staff.
Responsibilities:
- Transport patients from the lobby to the clinic exam rooms, removing any dressings or orthotics based on physician guidance, updating the electronic medical record for all rooming processes
- Assist patients with therapy tasks under the direction of an Occupational Therapist (OT) and/or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
- Transport patients from the lobby to the therapy gym, preparing them for therapy sessions under OT/COTA guidance
- Set up and maintain therapy equipment with accuracy to ensure proper functioning
- Clean and restock the therapy gym and clinic rooms to maintain a safe and organized environment
- Assist with ordering and managing supplies for the therapy gym and exam rooms
- Cross-train in all clinic areas as needed to support overall clinic operations

Knowledge of biology, clinical judgment, and cultural awareness.

Preferred Schedule:
Mon. Tues. Thurs. & Fri. 7:45AM -4:30PM and Wed.9:00AM - 4:30PM

Preferred experience: Six months or more of related experience
