Job DescriptionThe Debit Product Analyst will be accountable for delivering Visa's U.S. debit product strategy. The Debit Product Analyst will work closely with the Debit and Prepaid Product team and Account Executive leads to deliver Visa's debit strategy and solutions to clients. This includes developing product performance insights, impact assessments, strategic response analysis, and growth and optimization recommendations. Visa's debit and prepaid products annually drive a large amount of payment volume and generate significant net revenue for Visa. Our issuing partners utilize these products to serve the needs of hundreds of millions of cardholders, ensuring that consumers can access their funds at millions of face-to-face and online merchants that accept Visa. This is a critical position reporting to the Head of US Debit Client Engagement. The role requires considerable cross-functional collaboration, superb project and client management skills, ability to operate proactively in a highly ambiguous environment, and flexibility to respond to marketplace events in a complex and evolving industry. U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 117,600 to 166,150 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
