EisnerAmper is seeking a Finance Senior Manager to join our Advisory Service Line Operations Team. This individual will work with Advisory executive leadership and will oversee and manage the continued development of Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, Reporting and FinOps for Advisory.

What Work You Will be Responsible For:
  • Manage financial forecasting process and partner with business stakeholders, including the Advisory Service Line Executive Leadership and Corporate FP&A, to promote and guide financially informed decisions

  • Produce in partnership with a team of financial analysts, a monthly reporting package for executive leaders and advise leaders on areas of improvement by leveraging insights from in-depth analysis

  • Collaborate cross-functionally as well as with junior team members to ensure accurate/appropriate reporting of financial data

  • Maintain and improve processes for tracking and analyzing operating costs and their impact on overall performance, while ensuring alignment of spend against budgets/forecasts

  • Expert level knowledge of and experience with FinOps processes and ability to build collaborative working relationship with the Firm's FinOps team.

  • Support and action ad-hoc queries from management and other finance business partners, and make data-driven recommendations to executive leadership

  • Mentor, supervise, develop, and collaborate with junior team members.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance with 5+ years' experience in Financial Planning & Analysis and 4+ years' experience in Finance/Accounting.

  • Prior management experience of 3+ years

Preferred candidates also have:
  • Masters Degree in Business/Finance/Accounting a plus

  • Strong proficiency in financial storytelling with the ability to have a 'big picture' perspective. Skilled in presenting complex analysis in a concise, insightful manner.

  • Hands-on experience in developing and leading budgeting and forecasting processes

  • Ability to do advanced financial data analysis that may require synthesizing large volume of data to generate meaningful insights.

  • Extensive experience using various financial planning systems. Working knowledge of SAP Planning and/or Workday Adaptive Planning and reporting is highly preferred.

  • Prior experience in providing decision support to business unit leadership or/and operations leaders including IT, HR, or Marketing. Proven ability to interact with multiple levels of leadership and to influence peers and management

  • Thorough understanding of GAAP and financial principles

  • Attention to details and solid understanding of how business drivers impact KPIs.

  • Advanced Excel user with hands-on experience in building financial models and performing scenario analysis.

  • Experience in building and delivering PowerPoint presentations to senior management

  • Proactive, intellectually curious and driven professional who is self-directed and thrives in a challenging setting

  • Effective leader, skilled communicator and proven relationship builder, and team player

  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

  • Passionate, positive attitude, with a deep desire to learn and teach

The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences.The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
