The Growth Enablement Specialist is responsible for developing tools, content, and training to empower our sales team to effectively communicate our value proposition and close more deals. Additionally, this position has a high project management role, ensuring that the enablement team is partnering appropriately across the organization in order to deliver relevant and consistent enablement content. You'll partner closely with Growth (Sales), Marketing, Product, and Client Success teams to create and deliver content that aligns with our company's goals and evolving market needs. Your primary objective is to ensure the sales team is equipped with effective and up-to-date knowledge and messaging to drive revenue in a competitive and complex healthcare landscape.
COMPENSATION The salary range for this position is $90,000 annually. Specific offers take into account a candidate's education, experience and skills, as well as the candidate's work location and internal equity. This position is also eligible for health insurance, 401k and bonus opportunity. JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Support the implementation and rollout of our new learning/coaching and content management platform (Seismic), plus ongoing platform and library/content administration
2. Project manage the enablement deliverables calendar and drive meetings, and partnership as needed for content development 3. Maintain our internal departmental Sharepoint site 4. Provide proactive sales recognition and program support 5. Develop and maintain solution-based engagement guides (solution overview, target personas, discovery questions, etc.) 6. Drive adoption of our sales methodology with training and resource development 7. Support external enablement and resource development for partnership channels 8. Perform system and user administration, including staying up-to-date on relevant product and feature releases so our users are optimizing their tech stack 9. Develop, deliver, and continuously optimize sales enablement programs (onboarding, ongoing training, playbooks, etc.) tailored to different stages of the sales cycle 10. Contribute to the development and maintenance of sales enablement materials including early engagement guides, battle cards, product sheets, discovery questions, objection handling guides, competitive intelligence, and sales processes and skill-building. 11. Collaborate with Product Marketing and Product Management to stay abreast of upcoming releases, new competitive intelligence and more, to deliver digestible and compelling sales narratives. 12. Pull reporting and analytics so the team can measure the effectiveness of enablement initiatives through KPIs and performance metrics (e.g., time-to-productivity, content usage, win rates). 13. Stay up-to-date with healthcare industry trends, regulatory developments, and competitive movements. 14. Collaborate, coordinate, and communicate across disciplines and departments. 15. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and requirements. 16. Demonstrate Company's Core Competencies and values held within. 17. A high level of independence is required to prioritize initiatives, optimize content, and stay current with industry trends and product developments. The position also supports external partner enablement and contributes to sales strategy through tailored resources and training across the sales cycle. |
