eCommerce Coordinator (Music & Entertainment) Summary The Coordinator, eCommerce Campaign Management will support the direct-to-consumer (D2C) team in driving eCommerce initiatives across a roster of artists. This role ensures smooth execution of online store operations, product launches, and marketing initiatives by collaborating with cross-functional partners and maintaining organized workflows. Job Description In this role, you will coordinate eCommerce operations and campaign management to support product and program launches. You'll partner with cross-functional teams-including Store Management, Inventory, Logistics, Marketing, and Production-to ensure timely launches and seamless customer experiences. This includes compiling and tracking product information, managing inventory levels, coordinating with digital marketing for global promotions, and providing sales and reporting updates. You will also perform QA checks on active web stores, submit requests for stakeholders and sweepstakes fulfillment, and assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing expenses, and preparing presentations-contributing to the team's overall success and operational efficiency.
