JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS The research assistant will perform research in quantum many-body physics under Prof. Thomas Iadecola. The topic of the research will be open quantum systems, with a focus on dynamics induced by decoherence or monitoring with or without postselection. Anticipated methods include exact diagonalization, density matrix renormalization group, and other computational techniques. The researcher will also have the opportunity to communicate research results in the form of papers or presentations as appropriate.
