This position is PRN, requiring 10-20 hours a week. Remote work is acceptable, however, only Georgia residents are considered.

SUMMARY

The Lead Analyst, Population Health Quality PRN position is responsible for managing all data and reporting requests from proposal through completion using project management skills, tools and methodology. Works in conjunction with multiple colleagues and supports Pop Health departments as a subject matter expert. Proposes, identifies, analyzes, and validates data used to drive performance improvement. Creates reporting to tell a story. Provides technical/subject matter expertise system-wide regarding healthcare quality metrics and analytics to understand the health of the populations of patients for which they provide services. Must comprehend sophisticated clinical and financial business process, data quality issues, data use and other areas of special focus for data being analyzed. Interact with executive management, physicians, department leaders, and clinical staff to provide the data and analyses necessary for effective decision-making. Requires an advanced information technology skillset, project management experience, and the ability to work independently with minimal oversight.

QUALIFICATIONS

Master*s Degree in computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Healthcare Information Technology, or related fields.

Five (5) or more years of job-related experience, focusing on analysis, interpretation and comunication of population health data.

2 or more years of leadership experience; will consider applicants who have worked in a supervisory capacity or led department analytics projects in lieu of title
