We are seeking a strategic and execution-driven Senior Product Manager to lead the development and global scaling of core account and embedded financial services across digital wallets and partner ecosystems. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of account-based banking products- including demand deposit accounts, virtual accounts, and ledgering infrastructure-embedded into cross-organizational digital services.

You will work across product, engineering, compliance, and partner teams to deliver seamless, scalable, and compliant financial experiences that power money movement, account management, and banking operations globally.

Role Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Execution



  • Deliver and drive the roadmap for core account and embedded finance capabilities across digital wallets and services.
  • Deliver and Lead product development for account-based banking products, including onboarding, KYC, ledgering, and transaction flows as a service for integration into digital channels and global wallets
  • Partner with digital teams, engineering and design to deliver scalable, secure, and compliant solutions.


Cross-Functional Leadership



  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across banking, compliance, operations, and partner ecosystems.
  • Translate complex regulatory and operational requirements into product features and workflows.


Global Operations Enablement



  • Ensure post-launch operational excellence across global markets, including reconciliation, servicing, and regulatory reporting.
  • Support localization and compliance efforts across diverse jurisdictions.


Embedded Finance Innovation



  • Drive integration of financial services into partner platforms, enabling seamless user experiences and monetization opportunities.
  • Champion API-first, modular architecture to support rapid deployment and customization.


Role Requirements:



  • 8+ years of product management experience in financial services, embedded finance, or digital banking.
  • Proven track record creating and delivering utility based products and services.
  • Deep understanding of account-based products (e.g., DDA, virtual accounts, ledger systems).
  • Experience working with banking-as-a-service platforms, card issuing, or embedded finance providers.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with global regulatory environments and operational scaling.


Preferred Experience



  • Prior experience launching financial products in neo banks, fintechs, or platform ecosystems.
  • Exposure to global banking operations, including servicing, compliance, and reconciliation.
  • Technical fluency in APIs, data models, and financial infrastructure.

Salary

The base salary range is $130,000 - $170,000 per year, total on target compensation includes a base salary plus short-term and long-term incentives that align with individual and company performance.
