Description Rush files, they need to close within 24hours - make corrections Que of 40-50 they need to work Cash to close changes DTI changes Seller Credits - changes at closing, they will need to restructure the loan someone who understand freddie and fannie mae guidelines Looking through borrowing documentations Look at credit reports, bank statements, Nobody owns the file, we do a portion of processing does Handle all the clean up work, so need to know investor guidelines, Making changes to loans We add conditions from the loans - then we start a chat with the branch operations to the loans 130 guidelines per day, but nobody owns the pipeline, "get next" loans Additional Skills & Qualifications 3-5 years of loan processing experience Loan Processors Jr. UW's Loan Officer Assistant Experience from credit unions, mortgage lenders Be able to identify documents, identify what a large deposit is Need to know the standards of Fannie and Freddie Mae Guidelines Processing a minimum of conventional loans - home loans, a variety of loans Need experience with purchasing not just refi's VA & FHA background VA, Funding fees, COE's (to know how veterans will qualify) Encompass preferred Experience Level Intermediate Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $26.00/hr.
