*** Now Hiring: Engagement Manager* * * Shift: Standard Business Hours Start Date: ASAP Workplace Type: 100% Remote *** Job Overview* Join a dynamic team as an Engagement Manager supporting Commercial Services hotels through strategic RFP processes and client engagement. Key Responsibilities * Lead and execute the Groups & Meetings RFP process to drive commercial success. * Collaborate with hotel teams and stakeholders to align strategies and optimize outcomes. * Maintain proactive client engagement to secure optimal business and foster long-term partnerships. *** Qualifications* * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Management, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). * 5-8 years of progressive service industry experience, including 2+ years in multi-unit or corporate hotel roles. * Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship management skills. * Proficient in Salesforce CRM and MeetingBroker. * Experience with group RFPs and corporate hotel sales. *** Position Details* * Type: Contract (1 Year) * Potential: Contract-to-Hire (Strong likelihood of conversion to permanent) * Work Environment: 100% Remote (Preference for PST or MST time zones) * Duration: 1 Year Ready to make an impact in the hospitality industry?
