Join a dedicated team supporting healthcare operations by managing incoming mail, reviewing consumer correspondence, and sending out pre-written responses. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a structured environment and enjoys working independently. *What You'll Do* * Review incoming letters, requests, and disputes from consumers and authorized representatives * Select and send out pre-written letters (no writing from scratch!) including account validations and itemized statements * Investigate and resolve account-related issues by gathering documentation and updating records * Ensure timely responses and corrections in line with company and regulatory deadlines * Maintain logs, trackers, and reports to support compliance and operations teams * Sort and distribute physical mail to appropriate departments * Occasionally assist with front desk coverage and client email/phone inquiries * Perform general administrative tasks such as scanning, faxing, and data entry *Skills You Bring* * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to work independently and manage repetitive tasks efficiently * Excellent written and verbal communication * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry systems * Reliable attendance and a positive attitude *Top Skills We're Looking For* * Administrative support * Microsoft Office * Data entry * Customer service or collections experience (a plus!) * Medical billing familiarity (optional but helpful) *Why This Role Might Be Perfect for You* * You enjoy structured tasks and clear expectations * You're looking for a foot in the door with a reputable company * You want to build experience in compliance, healthcare, or administrative operations * You're dependable and take pride in doing things the right way Ready to get started? Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
