*Job Title: HVAC Technical Customer Support Representative (Entry-Level)* Location: Remote
Schedule: Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays *About the Role* We're seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an *HVAC Technical Customer Support Representative*. This entry-level role is ideal for someone with a passion for troubleshooting, a strong customer service mindset, and an interest in the tankless water heater industry especially HVAC products. You'll be the first point of contact for contractors, distributors, and end-users, helping them resolve technical issues and guiding them through product usage and installation. If you enjoy solving problems, working in a fast-paced environment, and making a real impact, we want to hear from you! *Key Responsibilities* * Provide technical support via phone and email to contractors, installers, engineers, and architects. * Troubleshoot tankless water heater issues and guide customers to effective solutions. * Accurately document warranty information and service notes in the system. * Collaborate with team members to resolve high-priority technical inquiries. * Respond to product-related inquiries from the company website. * Assist non-English speaking customers or participate in language-specific support queues (e.g., Spanish). * Occasionally visit job sites for hands-on troubleshooting. * Complete additional tasks or projects as assigned by your supervisor. *What You Bring* *Required:* * 1+ year of customer service or phone support experience. * 2+ years of technical troubleshooting experience (HVAC or related field preferred). * High School Diploma or equivalent. * Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly. * Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook. * Flexibility to work any day of the week, including holidays and overtime as needed. *Preferred:* * HVAC field experience or completion of an HVAC training/certification program. * Experience in a call center environment. * Knowledge of HVAC products or tankless water heater systems. * Bilingual skills (Spanish, French, Mandarin, Korean) are a plus. * A natural curiosity and drive to solve technical challenges. *Why Join Us?* * Be part of a supportive and collaborative team. * Gain hands-on experience in a growing industry. * Opportunities for growth and advancement. * Make a difference by helping customers solve real-world problems. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $20.65 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
