We're Hiring for Mortgage Customer Service Representative! *Join our team and make a difference in people's lives by helping them find safe, stable housing.* We're looking for a compassionate and resourceful Mortgage Customer Service Specialist to assist renters, tenants, property managers, homebuyers, and homeowners with their housing needs.
Key Responsibilities * Provide guidance, resources, and referrals to renters, tenants, and property managers to support their rental needs. * Assist homebuyers and homeowners with inquiries related to purchasing, financing, and maintaining their homes. * Handle inbound calls with professionalism and empathy, ensuring each customer receives accurate and helpful information. * Accurately document all customer interactions in our internal database for tracking and follow-up. Qualifications * Minimum 2 years of experience in property management or housing services. * At least 1 year of experience in a contact center or telephone-based customer service role. * High school diploma or GED required. * Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine desire to help others. Bonus Skills (Preferred but not required) * Familiarity with housing assistance programs or real estate processes. * Bilingual proficiency. * Experience working with diverse populations. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
