Make an impact where science meets discovery.

At Inotiv, we're dedicated to advancing life-saving therapies through rigorous preclinical research. As a Study Coordinator at our Boulder site, you'll be at the heart of this mission - ensuring studies run smoothly, data is accurate, and clients, scientists, and technicians are fully supported. If you're detail-driven, thrive in a collaborative environment, and want your work to directly support breakthroughs in healthcare, this is the role for you.

What You'll Do

In this role, you'll serve as a key connector - balancing study logistics, quality checks, and communication across teams. Your day-to-day may include:

  • Supporting all phases of non-clinical study conduct in partnership with Study Directors and technicians.

  • Reviewing SOPs for accuracy and compliance; contributing to SOP updates and revisions.

  • Preparing and maintaining study initiation materials, data sheets, and study files.

  • Confirming lab math for test article and disease induction formulations.

  • Coordinating study activities and timelines across departments.

  • Communicating with clients, vendors, and internal teams to keep projects on track.

  • Performing quality checks, reviews, and formatting on study protocols, amendments, reports, and data tables.

  • Assisting with in-life study conduct as needed and trained.

  • Ensuring study samples and test articles are shipped correctly and documented.

  • Maintaining compliance with USDA, AAALAC, OLAW, and other applicable regulations.

  • Providing back-up support for Study Directors to keep studies moving forward.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing detail-oriented tasks with cross-functional collaboration - keeping science organized, compliant, and efficient.

What We're Looking For

  • Education/Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in life sciences (or related field).

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a pharmaceutical or closely related research setting.

    • Strong background in editing and formatting scientific protocols, spreadsheets, and reports.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Pristima or Provantis is a plus.

  • Skills & Abilities:

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact confidently at all levels.

    • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and a commitment to accuracy.

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

    • A proactive, collaborative mindset with a passion for quality science.

Why Join Inotiv?

  • Schedule: Monday - Friday day shift, with weekend/holiday rotation and overtime at 1.5x pay.

  • Compensation: $61,000-$80,000 annually, commensurate with experience and education.

  • Time Off: 23 PTO days + 10 paid holidays.

  • Benefits: Full medical, dental, and vision coverage within 30 days; 401(k) with employer match.

  • Impactful Work: Contribute directly to preclinical studies that drive drug discovery and development.

At Inotiv, you'll find not just a job - but a meaningful career supporting the science that saves lives.
