Compensation: $26-27 per hour
Job Objective: We're looking for a Risk Management Coordinator to join our high-performing corporate team. In this role, you'll work closely with departments across the business to support and manage risk-related processes, including insurance compliance, claims coordination, and safety initiatives. If you excel in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about mitigating risk, ensuring operational continuity, and building strong cross-functional relationships, we'd love to meet you.
Why RelaDyne?

- Career growth opportunities with a company that invests in its people
- Collaborative culture where your work has a direct impact
What You'll Do:
As a Risk Management Coordinator, you'll support the Director of Risk Management and play a vital role in coordinating claims, ensuring insurance compliance, and facilitating risk-related processes across the organization.
Act as the main point of contact for auto liability, property damage claims, and insurance records. Assist in determining liability and managing self-insured retention claims, including processing reports, forms, and related documentation.
Maintain timely claim reporting and provide regular status updates. Identify subrogation opportunities and take action to initiate recovery efforts.
Ensure compliance with Certificate of Insurance (COI) requirements and support vendor and contractor documentation needs.
Coordinate incident-related interviews, meetings, and investigations. Serve as a liaison across departments and with third-party administrators, providing guidance on policies, procedures, and claims processes.
Collect, prepare, and distribute communications to internal teams, third-party administrators, vendors, and management.
Handle all communications-phone, email, and in-person-with employees, claimants, witnesses, attorneys, and partners professionally and confidentially.
Manage electronic claim files, including accurate data entry, document scanning, uploading, and ongoing maintenance in the risk information management system.
Create and maintain spreadsheets and reports, ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive information and records.
Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, managing special projects, and assisting with meeting coordination and minutes.
Cross-train and serve as a backup for workers' compensation claims management.
What We're Looking For:
You're sharp, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced, professional environment. Here's what will set you up for success in this role:
3+ years of corporate administrative experience, with a strong grasp of supporting high-level teams.
Proven experience (3+ years) managing insurance claims processes from start to finish.
Background in Risk Management, Workers' Compensation, or Auto Liability-you know the language and the landscape. (Licensed Adjuster Preferred)
A natural problem-solver with sound judgment, discretion, and professionalism-especially when things get hectic.
Excellent communicator-clear, confident, and tactful across all levels of the organization.
Detail-driven and deadline-focused-you can juggle tasks, prioritize like a pro, and never miss the fine print.
Tech-savvy with strong skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Willingness to go the extra mile, including occasional overtime when needed.
