| Job Summary: The Intelligent Automation Developer II creates and implements Intelligent Process Automation using UiPath and/or Power Automate, Python- AI/ ML solutions based on business requirements and in accordance with standard automation tool design principles and conventions. Essential Functions: 
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas where intelligent/ robotic Process automation and AI/ ML can be applied to streamline processes, reduce manual efforts, and deliver tangible business benefitsWork closely with business stakeholders to gather and define requirements for AI/ML and intelligent/ robotic project automation projects; translate business needs into technical specificationsAnalyze and preprocess data to ensure its quality, relevance, and suitability for AI/ML model development; collaborate with data engineers to establish data pipelines and data governanceIdentify and implement opportunities for process automation using technologies like robotic process automation (RPA) and intelligent process automation (IPA); create and maintain automation workflowsApply understanding of the design, development, and deployment for machine learning models and algorithms to solve business challenges which may involve selecting appropriate algorithms, feature engineering, model training, and optimization.Monitor the performance of deployed AI/ML models and automation solutions; continuously assess their accuracy, efficiency, and effectiveness, and iterate on improvements as necessaryCollaborate with IT, data science, and business teams to ensure seamless integration of AI/ML and automation solutions into existing systems and workflowsProvide training and support to end-users who interact with AI/ML models or automated systems; address queries and troubleshoot issues as neededProvide guidance to stakeholders in conceptualizing and developing new software programs and applicationsAssist in the preparation and documentation of software requirements and specificationsResearch and document requirements of software usersSupport team goals on a technical level making sure that the solutions proposed and designed are in line with the department and CareSource visionAssist the Architectural Council with technical knowledge regarding emerging technologies to help drive strategyConsistently write, translate, and code software programs and applications according to specificationsLead projects from a development standpoint and coordinate activities with the developer teams as neededPerform technical code reviews of peers to ensure proper coding methodology is being adhered toPerform any other job duties as requested Education and Experience: 
 Bachelor of Science degree in the field of computer science or software engineering or equivalent years of relevant work experience requiredMinimum of five (5) years of UiPath Robotic Process Automation experience is requiredMinimum of two (2) years of AI/ ML using Python is requiredExperience in end-to-end development of business processes using UiPath Robotic Process Automation is requiredUiPath and/or Power Automate experience is requiredAgentic AI/ Generative AI experience is requiredExperience developing and designing n-tier applications with multi-tier architectures is preferredUML Modeling experience is preferred Competencies, Knowledge and Skills: 
 Design, build and deploy RPA/ IPA solutions using UiPathWorking technical knowledge of object-based programming languages, including C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET, or PythonSML, XSLT, Schema coding experience and translation abilitiesWeb service development knowledgeStrong relational database experience including tuning, stored procedure development and use of reporting services in a Microsoft environmentHealthcare and Facets experience and developing applications in the healthcare sector preferredHands on experience working in integrated development environments, including SVN, Microsoft Visual Studio, Team Foundation ServerFamiliarity with PDD/TDD and Iterative software development methodologiesFlexible and adaptable in regard to learning and understanding new technologiesStrong written and oral communication skillsStrong interpersonal skillsAbility to conduct research into software-related issues and productsTechnically proficientHighly self-motivated and directedProven analytical and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environmentAbility to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environmentAbility to work additional hours to meet project deadlines Licensure and Certification: 
 UiPath Certification and/or Power Automate certification is strongly preferredCertification on Data Science and AI/ML is strongly preferredCertifications in technical tools and/or other programming languages preferred (MCSD, Java, Onbase, Tibco, SAP, etc.) Working Conditions: 
 General office environment; may be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time Compensation Range:$70,800.00 - $113,200.00 CareSource takes into consideration a combination of a candidate's education, training, and experience as well as the position's scope and complexity, the discretion and latitude required for the role, and other external and internal data when establishing a salary level. In addition to base compensation, you may qualify for a bonus tied to company and individual performance.
