 Additional InformationBachelor's degree or equivalent education and experienceFive (5) years' professional experience organizing/developing programs at a management level with two (2) years of senior managementEffective planning, training and supervisory abilitiesAbility to effectively delegate, monitor, and evaluate complex programsPossess excellent human resource and management skillsStrong communication skillsExperience in working in a culturally diverse community settingBilingual preferredIntermediate level MS Office SkillsProof of valid driver's license and liability insurance may be required All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
