What Will You Do: As a Senior ERP Services Delivery Consultant, you will support the successful implementation and optimization of construction-focused ERP solutions. Working closely with consultants and client stakeholders, you'll contribute to project planning, system configuration, training, and post-implementation support. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and passionate about helping clients improve their operations through technology. You'll be part of a collaborative team delivering high-quality service aligned with the Forvis Mazars Ultimate Client Experience (UCX) model. Assist in analyzing client business needs and translating them into ERP system configurations and workflows Support project planning, including documentation, scheduling, and task tracking. Participate in system setup, testing, and data migration Deliver training and provide support during and after implementation. Collaborate with clients and internal teams for smooth go-live and post-implementation success Contribute to process reviews and identify system optimization opportunities Maintain accurate documentation and provide timely updates Commitment to continuous learning in ERP Platforms and construction industry practices Minimum Qualifications: Solid understanding of construction project management processes (e.g., estimating, buyouts, document management, change orders, job costing, billing). Familiarity with construction accounting practices (e.g., payroll, A/P, A/R, inventory, POs, GL). 5 years or more of experience in software consulting, ideally in construction project management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
