Our services directly impact the health and safety of the patients by providing healthcare facilities with top-quality linen services. We sort, process, and deliver linen for every healthcare need. This role supervises production employees at the Ambulatory Care Division of HCSC-Laundry located in Allentown, PA. Responsibilities include employee orientation and training, employee relations/communications, safety, and monitoring workflow, and daily scheduling of employees within specific departments to match and maintain workflow. What you will be doing: *Oversees departments to survey work process, employees & equipment operation ensuring safety and quality standards are met *Enters employee payroll information and production scores via computer *Communicates production issues to management *Supervises, orients & trains employees *Must be able to work between the hours of 5:00am-4:00pm. Occasional weekends. What you will bring to the role: *High School diploma or equivalent is required.
