Supporting Meaningful Work
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Supervise planning, scheduling, and purchasing of materials to meet operational goals
  • Integrate company system tools with lean manufacturing techniques to drive business results
  • Coordinate and expedite material flow within and between departments
  • Oversee execution of planning and scheduling systems across plant and subsidiary operations
  • Ensure accurate processing of change orders and communication with vendors
  • Verify invoices and maintain purchasing records
  • Promote internal control and compliance practices across the team
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or military equivalent experience
  • Experience in materials management processes and procedures
  • Demonstrated leadership and management capabilities
  • General knowledge of manufacturing, operations, and order fulfillment processes
  • Familiarity with scheduling and capacity management software tools
Desired Skills and Experience
  • Strong problem-solving and facilitation skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with staff departments
  • Experience encouraging team-based solutions and continuous improvement
