As Massachusetts accelerates toward its climate and clean energy goals, National Grid is implementing its Electric Sector Modernization Plan (ESMP)to enable an electric network that supports the Commonwealth's climate, clean energy, and equity objectives and delivers the fair, affordable, and clean energy transition for all our customers and communities. A key component of this transformation is the deployment of Non-Wires Alternatives (NWAs), clean energy solutions that leverage customer-sited resources and virtual power plants (VPPs) to alleviate grid constraints and potentially defer traditional infrastructure investments. The Senior Program Manager will lead the implementation of a portfolio of NWA projects across National Grid's Massachusetts service territory. This role requires a strategic thinker and skilled individual who can coordinate across internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver innovative, cost-effective, and scalable grid flexibility solutions. Salary: $105,000 - $123,000 This position has a career path which provides for advancement opportunities within and across bands as you develop and evolve in the position; gaining experience, expertise and acquiring and applying technical skills.
