We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting the sales team by managing customer accounts by preparing formal quotes, processing samples, invoicing, and shipping orders, while also providing administrative support and communicating with our headquarters in Japan and factories in Asia to ensure smooth sales operations. This role requires the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, B2B sales environment that cultivates a collaborative and family atmosphere. This is an onsite, in office roel, 5 days a week

Key Responsibilities:
* Act as a liaison between customers and sales managers, to support sales activities.
* Provide product information, pricing, and lead times for our products
* Process customer orders, quotes, sample requests, and price approvals in a timely and accurate manner.
* Coordinate with our factories overseas to monitor order status, delivery schedules, and inventory availability.
* Prepare and maintain sales related items, including reports, RFQs, purchase orders, sales orders, and customer records in SAP.
* Respond to customer inquiries regarding product specs, certifications, compliance (e.g., RoHS, REACH).
* Assist with customer onboarding and data entry into SAP.

Qualifications:
* Experience: 2+ years in sales support or customer service, ideally within the electronic components/connectors industry.
* Strong understanding of sales processes and documentation in a technical product environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (primarily Outlook & Excel) as well as experience with SAP or any other CRM program.
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
* The ability to set clear, measurable goals and create a plan to achieve them.
* Being able to manage your own time effectively.
* The ability to take initiative, be resilient and adaptable to challenges, while demonstrating a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
