JOB SUMMARY We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Compliance Manager to lead our Privacy Office operations. This role is responsible for managing the organization's privacy incident investigations program and supporting enterprise-wide privacy compliance initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of data protection laws, risk mitigation strategies, and a proactive approach to fostering a culture of privacy awareness. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage privacy compliance programs aligned with GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, and other applicable regulations. Conduct privacy impact assessments (PIAs) and data protection risk analyses. Develop and maintain privacy policies, procedures, and training materials. Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on business operations. Partner with IT, Legal, HR, and other departments to ensure privacy-by-design principles are implemented. Respond to data subject access requests (DSARs) and support incident response investigations. Maintain records of processing activities and ensure data mapping is up to date. Support audits and reporting related to privacy compliance and risk management. Key Qualifications: 7 or more years of related privacy office experience and preferably within healthcare. Bachelor's degree in related field required and master's preferred. Deep knowledge of aviation roles, particularly pilots and mechanics personnel. Healthcare knowledge and experience a plus.
