Job Overview

As a member of our Engineering Services Team, you will help create drawing packages for our utility customers and help lead and mentor CAD techs.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Advanced knowledge of drafting within specified discipline (i.e. P&C and Station Eng)
  • Assist in the distribution and monitoring of internal CAD workload
  • Expert knowledge with customer drawing standards and processes
  • Expert knowledge of CAD software (AutoCAD &/or Microstation)
  • Train and mentor new CAD Techs and interns
  • Troubleshoot customer file management and database issues as they arise
  • Analyze and replicate CAD standards on new customer drawings
  • Plot and scan documents/drawings to support project team

Experience and Education

  • 5 years related work experience in AutoCAD or MicroStation
