Job Summary:

Our ideal candidate will provide essential support to program management teams by coordinating personnel, resources, and activities across large-scale government or intelligence-related programs. It combines technical expertise, organizational skills, and familiarity with SIGINT operations to ensure efficient execution of program objectives and deliverables.

Responsibilities:

  • Supports planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, and evaluating personnel responsible for task orders and integrated product teams.
  • Assists in the development of management plans and the preparation of cost and performance reports.
  • Assists in coordinating project activities, including work package drafting, work breakdown structure management, and related program functions.
  • Manages logistics for travel, meetings, briefings, and other activities essential to program execution.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree in a technical or business discipline and a minimum of three (3) years supporting large-scale programs exceeding $1 million annually. Candidates without associates degrees will be considered on a case by case basis and may be required to have additional years of experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience supporting the intelligence community or signals intelligence
  • Proven ability to coordinate program-related activities including requirements, resources, personnel, funding, and scheduling.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint, to support program operations.
  • Clearance Required: Must have an active TS/SCI with Polygraph
