SALARY RANGE $24.19 - $33.62WORK ASSIGNMENT DETAILS Circuit Court Services is recruiting for a detail oriented professional to serve as a Sr. Administrative Specialist (Legal Clerk) for the Family Division. This position is responsible for delivering a high level of customer service, scheduling matters for the Court Official, reviewing paperwork for completeness, and drafting correspondence and orders for the Judge's signature. This position provides prompt and efficient customer service through face-to-face contact, telephone conversations or correspondence with the public, attorneys, other departments, justice partners and co-workers which could be through the eFiIing system, paper filing or facsimile. A Sr. Administrative Specialist (Legal Clerk) handles difficult confrontations, remains calm, professional and uses proper judgement. Candidate will be expected to establish and maintain a rapport with a specific judicial branch in addition to the rest of the division and across the department and provide coverage for the Deputy Clerk by clerking court proceedings once cross-trained.
