Position Summary The Office Support Assistant IV plays a vital role in supporting the mission of the University-education, research, and clinical care-by providing essential administrative, logistical, and clerical support. This position ensures smooth daily operations in a busy medical office environment through strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication. Serving as a vital link between faculty, the School of Medicine, and healthcare partners, this role contributes to a positive and efficient workplace while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and service. Primary Responsibilities * Manage daily communications, including mail, phone calls, voicemail, faxes, and correspondence. Qualifications * Strong organizational and communication skills. Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent and at least 5 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary. Anticipated Hiring Range
Salary Range: $14.80 - $20.32 Application Materials
