Job Purpose: As a Senior Product Designer, you will drive the design of intuitive, engaging, and accessible user experiences across our product suite. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to define problems, ideate solutions, and deliver high-quality designs from concept to launch. ResponsibilitiesLead the design of user experiences from discovery through delivery, ensuring solutions meet user needs and business goals. Create wireframes, user flows, journey maps, and high-fidelity prototypes to communicate design intent. Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and other designers to define and deliver solutions. Conduct and synthesize user research and usability testing to inform design decisions. Contribute to and help evolve our design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across products. Present and advocate for design solutions to stakeholders at all levels. Mentor and support junior designers, fostering a culture of learning and growth.Other:Embody our culture and values | |
