About this opportunity:
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join the National Construction and Engineering team, to collect and analyze data from multiple platforms to provide assessment and mitigation of risk with our field suppliers. The role will ensure regulatory and corporate compliance, report and visualize data and support all safety programs.

What you will do:
- Collect and analyze EHS data: Gather, organize, and interpret data from various sources, such as incident reports, safety audits, and environmental monitoring systems, to identify trends and potential risks.
- Assess and mitigate risks: EHS analysts will evaluate data related to near-misses, incidents, and environmental performance to identify workplace hazards. They then propose strategies and corrective actions to address these risks before they escalate.
- Ensure regulatory compliance: A major part of the role is tracking compliance with federal, state, and local EHS laws, including standards set by organizations like the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
- Report and visualize data: They will create dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI or Tableau to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for managers and other stakeholders.
- Support safety programs: EHS analysts will collaborate with EHS managers and other teams to support and track strategic safety initiatives, develop training programs, and promote a proactive safety culture.
- Lead incident investigations: When incidents occur, they assist with investigations by providing data and analysis to determine root causes and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence
The skills you bring:
- Degree in Environmental Health and Safety or equivalent certifications and work experience. CSP or CHST preferred
- Forward-thinking vision for continual improvement of the EHS management system, with knowledge of ISO 14001/45001, OSHA VPP, Disaster Recovery, Incident Management and relevance to current business climate
- Data analysis: Proficiency in statistical methods and tools like SQL, Python, or R is essential for manipulating and interpreting data.
- Technical knowledge: A strong understanding of federal and state EHS regulations is a must.
- Communication: They must be able to clearly and effectively communicate complex findings to a variety of audiences, from executives to frontline employees.
- Problem-solving: Critical-thinking skills are necessary for identifying hazards and developing effective solutions.
- Attention to detail: Accuracy is crucial when collecting and reporting data to ensure compliance and prevent future issues
- AI: Experience through use and/or acceptance of its value within the role.

Your Pay
The salary range for this position is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, and the candidate's combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.
Short-Term Variable Compensation Plan: Your pay also includes the opportunity for an annual bonus. Actual bonus payouts are based on performance of the business against the unit's objectives, individual performance, and the individual bonus target. Certain eligibility and pro-ration rules apply.
Your Health
Ericsson offers excellent health benefits including the choice of three medical plan options and a dental plan option that allow an employee to select the level of coverage that suits their needs. Employees will receive company credits in an amount equal to the cost that Ericsson pays toward the cost of their medical and dental premiums for themselves and eligible covered dependents.
Your Financial Security
We invest in both your short and long-term financial wellbeing. The Ericsson US 401(k) Plan offers an automatic 3% company contribution and Ericsson matches $1 for every $1 you put into the 401(k) Plan on the first 3% of your eligible pay, plus 50 cents on every $1 on the next 2% of eligible pay. When you contribute at least 5% of eligible pay, you are receiving Ericsson's full matching contributions. Matching and company automatic contributions stop when your total eligible pay for the year reaches the IRS limits. Employees will also receive company credits in an amount equal to the cost of basic life insurance and basic accidental death and dismemberment coverage, as well as short-term and long-term disability coverage. Employees also have the option to participate in Ericsson's Stock Purchase Plan.
Your Time
Your work-life balance is important to us. New employees are provided a minimum of 15 days of accrued vacation, up to 3 personal days per year, 11 annual holidays, 8 hours of volunteer time, and 80 hours of sick time annually. Please note paid time off is pro-rated based on the employee's start date. Furthermore, Ericsson provides up to 16 weeks of paid maternity leave and 6 weeks of parental or adoption leave at 100% of pay.
