The Opportunity

Ulteig is seeking a highly analytical and proactive Senior Treasury Analyst to support the evolving complexity of our treasury operations. This role plays a critical part in managing liquidity, optimizing banking infrastructure, and supporting strategic initiatives such as M&A integration and debt compliance. The ideal candidate will bring strong financial acumen, a systems mindset, and a collaborative spirit to help drive automation, improve forecasting accuracy, and enhance risk management. As a key contributor to the Treasury team, this position supports executive reporting, cross-functional partnerships, and continuous process improvement aligned with Ulteig's mission to deliver critical infrastructure solutions.

What You'll Do



  • Oversee daily cash positioning and short-term liquidity management to ensure optimal funding availability.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive cash flow forecasts; recommend strategic funding approaches aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with banking institutions, support negotiation and execution of financial agreements.
  • Manage the relationship between the organization and its insurance broker; lead the annual insurance renewals and audits, ensuring coverage adequacy and compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Administer bank account structures and ensure accurate maintenance of banking documentation and records.
  • Monitor and manage the organization's debt portfolio, ensuring full compliance with loan covenants and reporting requirements.
  • Evaluate investment opportunities and propose risk-adjusted strategies to enhance returns and preserve capital.
  • Prepare detailed reports on debt and investment performance to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Lead the preparation of treasury reporting packages, including cash flow projections, variance analyses, and reconciliations.
  • Conduct ad hoc financial analyses to support strategic decision-making and executive initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement enhancements to improve efficiency and control.
  • Recommend and implement solutions to strengthen operational controls and embed treasury best practices.
  • Partner with the Senior Treasury Manager on strategic initiatives, including M&A support, cash modeling, and integration planning.
  • Lead and support post-acquisition treasury integration activities, ensuring seamless transition and alignment.
  • Perform compliance ratio calculations and interest rate assessments.
  • Assess foreign exchange risk exposure and execute hedging strategies to mitigate volatility.
  • Assist in the administration of employee benefit plans, including 401(k) and ESOP; manage related audits and renewals.
  • Support the development of materials for the Audit Committee and other Board of Director materials when requested.
  • Document, maintain, and continuously improve treasury processes and internal controls.



What We Expect from You



  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field required.
  • Preferred CTP certification
  • 6 years of corporate treasury experience.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis. Advanced knowledge of financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, Dynamics 365, Power BI, Workday Adaptive Planning).
  • Passion or experience in applying AI or machine learning tools in financial analysis is a strong advantage.
  • Clear and effective communication skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.
  • Authorization to work permanently in the U.S.

Target Base Compensation Range for this role is $103,000 - $139,000
* Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary include your job-specific skills, education, training, job location, number of years of experience related to this role, and comparison to other employees already in this role.
