Product Manager

We are looking for a Senior Principal, Technical Product Management, you will be instrumental in driving the next generation of software products, guiding cross-functional teams, and serving as a pivotal advisor to senior leadership. Your expertise will not only influence strategic planning and decision-making but also champion technical innovation, ensuring the seamless integration of emerging technologies into product development. Responsibiliites

* Define and meticulously execute software product strategies that are in perfect alignment with long-term business goals.

* Inspire and guide multiple cross-functional engineering squads (1-2 teams of 8-10+ engineers) through the entire delivery lifecycle of high-impact, transformative software products.

* Act as a trusted strategic advisor to senior leadership and technical executives, offering invaluable insights that shape critical planning and decision-making processes.

* Champion technical innovation, actively seeking out and ensuring the seamless integration of emerging technologies into the product development pipeline.

* Strategically align product roadmaps across various domains to ensure the delivery of cohesive, scalable, and future-proof solutions.

* Drive significant, measurable business impact by leveraging your expert-level domain knowledge and a keen awareness of cross-industry trends.

Qualifications

* 6+ years of progressive experience in Product Management, with proven leadership in managing extra-large, complex product portfolios and demonstrating significant cross-functional influence.

* Demonstrated success in translating overarching enterprise vision into actionable and functional execution plans.

* Deep, hands-on experience in technical product development across multiple technology stacks and diverse methodologies.

* A compelling track record of delivering innovation that successfully disrupts traditional models and drives profound business transformation.

* Extensive experience influencing senior stakeholders and expertly navigating complex, matrixed organizational structures.

* Previous experience with Business Intelligence (BI) products is essential.

* Proficiency in product lifecycle management across multiple domains.

* Strong technical fluency in modern architectures and development methodologies.

* Expertise in integrated solution road mapping and portfolio alignment.

* Exceptional data-driven decision-making capabilities and a proven track record of KPI ownership.

* Superior stakeholder engagement and executive-level communication skills.

* Proficiency with Jira.

* Experience with Databricks.
