Your role

As a Vice President/Business Line Manager, your mission is to achieve accelerated and profitable growth of the Portable Flow product line, ensuring that we meet our sales revenue and product management profit and loss targets. You will be accountable for developing and executing strategies that enhance our market presence and drive profitability across various channels. You will report to the General Manager and will be responsible for our Portable Flow product line.


You will:



  • Develop and lead a team of highly performing marketing professionals.
  • Take full responsibility for the P&L and Balance Sheet for the product line
  • Manage the development and implementation of marketing materials, pricing strategies, and sales support tools.
  • Cultivate relationships with potential customers.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities
  • Collaborate with other Business Line Managers to assure a "total solution approach" for driving sales.
  • Conduct engaging sales training sessions to empower your team.
  • Perform in-depth market research and pricing analysis to optimize our product positioning and ensure competitiveness.
  • Drive business development initiatives to expand our market presence and explore new opportunities for growth
  • Drive efficiency and digitalization of the sales process.
  • Maintain appropriate business forecasts and secure product supply to support sales growth.
  • Identify potential M&A targets, lead the due diligence process and actively support the integration of any acquired companies.

  • You have 10 years of experience, working in direct and dealer/distributor sales and/or product marketing.
  • You have a bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering or similar gained through a combination of education and experience.
  • You have past supervisory experience with teams of 4-6 employees including in marketing communications, product marketing, and business development.
  • You have a strong technical knowledge of the PAF product line.
  • You have the proven ability to increase market presence by developing new business segments and channels to market.
  • You have English fluency in spoken and written form.

Job location

Option 2: Hybrid
This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely (1 day per week) and being on-site at our facility located in Rock Hill, South Carolina, USA (4 days per week).
