Position Overview

We're looking for a Social Media Video Producer who combines solid project management skills with a passion for social-first storytelling. You'll oversee multiple projects simultaneously, managing timelines, budgets, and stakeholder relationships to ensure content is delivered on time, on brand, and optimized for social platforms.

This is a hands-on role: while your focus is on producing and managing, you'll also be comfortable rolling up your sleeves when needed - from directing a shoot and styling a tabletop scene to capturing content on an iPhone or editing in Premiere. While not required, being comfortable on camera is a plus, occasionally helping introduce or host content designed for social platforms.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple social-first video projects from concept to final delivery, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and creative goals are met.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, keeping them informed and engaged throughout the production process.
  • Collaborate with creative directors, videographers, motion designers, and editors to bring social-first ideas to life.
  • Lead production logistics, including schedules, locations, shoot prep, and approvals.
  • Provide on-set guidance and creative direction to ensure content is aligned with strategy and optimized for social platforms.
  • Get hands-on when needed: style simple sets, source props, capture video with an iPhone, or cut quick edits in Premiere.
  • Stay current with social media trends, formats, and best practices to help content stay relevant and effective.
  • Maintain brand consistency, accessibility, and compliance across all video assets.
  • Occasionally appear on camera as a host or contributor (a plus, not a requirement).
  • Partner with analytics teams to review performance and use insights to inform future projects

You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of professional experience in video production, content creation, or digital storytelling
  • Proven experience producing and managing multiple video projects simultaneously, preferably for social media or digital marketing
  • Solid understanding of social-first storytelling formats and platform best practices
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro; working knowledge of After Effects and Photoshop.
  • Proven solid project management and organizational skills; proven ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
  • Proven excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in healthcare, agency, or mission-driven organizations
  • Experience and willingness to appear on camera
  • Familiarity with social media management and publishing tools
  • Proven solid project management skills using tools like Adobe Workfront
  • Proven comfort with shooting basic video on iPhone or DSLR/mirrorless cameras
  • Proven skills in set styling, prop sourcing, or tabletop direction

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
