Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Per Diem Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct care to patients in their homes, primarily in Manhattan, NYC. In this role, you will deliver hands-on nursing care, monitor health conditions, and offer emotional support and guidance to patients and their families. Your expertise and compassion will play a critical role in helping patients thrive in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver professional nursing care tailored to individual patient needs.

* Administer medications, treatments, and medical procedures as prescribed.

* Monitor and document patient conditions and communicate updates with the care team.

* Collaborate with family members and caregivers to provide education and support.

* Maintain a safe, clean, and positive environment for patients.

* Comply with all state regulations and organizational policies regarding home health care.

Qualifications:

* Current and valid New York State RN license.

* CPR certification (required).

* Prior experience in home care or a similar setting (preferred).

* Strong clinical and critical thinking skills.

* Ability to work independently while adhering to care plans and protocols.

* Compassionate, reliable, and excellent communication skills.

Shift Details:

* Flexible scheduling available to accommodate your needs.
