Position Objective: The HR Manager will be a key member of the HR team, leading and directing the routine functions of the Human Resources department. This includes, but is not limited to: interviewing and hiring staff, talent management, and enforcing company policies and practices. The HR Manager will also be responsible for supporting the functional strategy implementation, conducting statistical analysis, supporting the budget process and contributing financial insights to help drive HR decisions. Key Responsibilities: Strategic HR Leadership: Partner with leadership to develop and execute HR and talent strategies that align with business objectives, focusing on current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning. Employee Relations: Provide support and guidance to the HR function, management, and staff on complex and sensitive issues, including reasonable accommodations, investigations, and terminations. Talent Acquisition & Management: Lead the recruitment, interviewing, and hiring process for qualified job applicants, collaborating with managers to identify skills and competencies needed for open positions. Compensation & Benefits: Research and propose competitive base and incentive pay programs, using financial acumen to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent. Learning & Development: Create and oversee learning and development initiatives that provide growth opportunities for employees, while considering budget implications. Performance Management: Oversee performance appraisal systems that drive high performance and align with company goals. Compliance: Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and review policies and practices regularly to ensure adherence. HR Analytics: Provide decision-making support to management through HR metrics and analytics, leveraging data to inform strategies and measure effectiveness. Culture & Engagement: Foster a positive, inclusive, and productive workplace culture that reflects company values and promotes employee engagement. HR Systems: Manage the HR information system to ensure data accuracy and efficiency. Other Duties: Perform additional duties as assigned, including compliance with customer-specific requirements. Qualifications and Skills: Experience: Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience, with a proven track record in leading HR functions and teams. Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred; HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, PHR) a plus. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), HRIS systems, and data analytics tools. Experience with artificial intelligence (AI) a plus. Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills; ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization. Leadership: Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a results-driven and collaborative mindset. Legal Knowledge: Thorough understanding of employment laws and HR best practices. Adaptability: Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. Development & Growth: Participate in ongoing training related to company culture, workforce analytics, and HR technology.
